"In every walk with nature one receives far more than he seeks." - John Muir
When I had gone out walking the other day with my dad, he pointed out a metronome statue on top of a hill. The statue was created in 1991, on the space left empty in 1962 when a monument to former Soviet leader Joseph Stalin was removed. Me and a few friends headed up to the top to check it out, and ended up finding an incredible park!

There were lots of shoes thrown up on the wire next to the statue!

Kelly, Britney, and I hiked to the top! It was Valentines day (or as we like to call it "Galentines Day!") so we had a great girls day! My boyfriend is back in America right now, so I ordered him a heart shaped pizza and we skyped later that night. You don't have to be with a significant other or even in a relationship to feel all the love and life that is around you!

Panoramic views of the city

We found a place to get hot chocolate at the top, and watched the sunset! We had some great life chats and views!

The bridges of Prague seem to go on for miles! We were able to see the Charles Bridge from a different perspective!

On our walk down, we caught this incredible view of Prague Castle through the trees!

The next day, I wanted to show everyone else the park (and I wanted to go back in general) so I took some other friends to the top! These were our first few days of sun, and we definitely took advantage of them!

They wanted an artsy boys picture

Rowan and I brought our Eno hammocks over from America, and we hung them up in the sun!
With my girl Kelly!

Can't get ENOugh of these views!

All of the walking worked up an appetite, and we went to Katr restaurant with our choir for dinner! This restaurant is really interesting, because you grill all of your food in front of you!

Word of advice: never come hungry to one of these restaurants. It smells so good inside, and watching your food cook makes your mouth water.

For desert, we had Czech potato pancakes with Jam and whipped cream!

Loved going outside with great friends, and rewarding ourselves with a delicious dinner! My family always does fondue, and it was cool to see a new way to cook your own food at a restaurant!
